Being an athlete in the summer can be rough. Between the heat and humidity, it can be easy to get dehydrated. It’s so important to keep young athletes hydrated in the summer so they can be at their best and stay healthy.
My son goes to karate lessons in the summer. The facility, while very clean and well maintained, is not air conditioned, so the kids get hot and thirsty real fast.
