Today is Day 1 of Mamavation.com’s #2WeekChallenge. The name of the workout for today was Burn It.
Boy, did it burn!
To start the day, I walked 1.14 miles with the kids in the double stroller. I then started some heavy cleaning (switching the kids clothes for the seasons and moving some furniture).
Needless to say, I was pretty tired, and I didn’t even get to do the workout yet!
The workout looks like this:
- Burpees x10
- Squats x 10
- Alternating Lunges x10
- Mountain Climbers x10
- Same x3
When I finally got to do the workout, I started with the first exercise, which are Burpees. For those of you who aren’t sure what Burpees are, they look like this:
