Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake Recipe
Raise your hand if you love anything pumpkin pie! I LOVE pumpkin pie, and when I was making some pies, I wondered if I could make a pumpkin pie protein shake.
I drink protein shakes as snacks throughout the day since they’re filling. I have been making my Very Berries and Cream Protein Shake, but since it’s fall, why not try pumpkin? Pumpkin is healthy after all, since it contains Vitamins A & C, plus a variety of minerals and other healthy properties.

Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
- 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
- pinch of pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, all spice)
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 8 oz. water or milk
Shake (or mix) well. Enjoy!
