Asthma is definitely something I know a lot about!!! I have it! And, my sister had it really bad when she was younger. Many emergency room visits…until we found the allergies that triggered it! Pretty much most everything was a trigger…no matter how clean, disinfected, or vacuumed it was!!!

Asthma is almost always brought on by allergies! I, myself, have to use puffers every day to breathe properly. I’m allergic to everything outside! Trees, grass, pollen, ragweed, mold, mildew, dust, etc.
